Wayne State students are well positioned to tackle challenges in Michigan and the Great Lakes region concerning transportation systems, water and air quality, green infrastructure, and general public health. A number of industry and civic leaders many located right down the street from the university consistently look to hire Wayne State civil and environmental engineering graduates. Graduates of this program go on to lead in their field.
I chose Wayne State because of its research capability and friendly environment. Being welcomed as an international student at WSU is something that makes me feel good about my choice.
