Susan M. Rokosz, P.E. is recognized for her extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise as a Senior Environmental Engineer in the Environmental Quality Office. Ms. Rokosz’s environmental career with Ford Motor Company involved global responsibility for manufacturing sustainability and regulatory policy.
A long term Michigan resident Susan received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and a Master of Chemical Engineering were from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan.
A strong proponent for women in the automotive industry, Susan is the past President of the Automotive Women's Alliance Foundation. She is a member of the College of Engineering & Science Board of Advisors at the University of Detroit Mercy, a member of the Industrial Advisory Board of the Chemical Engineering and Materials Science Department at Wayne State University and a participates in the Michigan Science Center’s STEMinista Project as a role model. She was recognized by Crain’s Detroit Business as a Notable 2021 Nonprofit Board Member.
