Experienced Senior IT professional specializing in driving efficiencies within an organization to save valuable time and resources. With a career spanning 30 years in the automotive industry, she has worked for automotive suppliers like BorgWarner and Adient Technologies, as well as OEMs like General Motors. Her expertise includes implementing a wide range of systems, from plant floor systems to ERP packages and engineering back office services.
For the past 18 years, Loretta has been an integral part of GM's IT group, contributing to Global product development in roles within the Program Management Office and Program Management. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience with various methodologies used to introduce new functionality to the user community.
In addition to her professional achievements, Loretta actively volunteers her time to support the Michigan Council of Women in Technology (MCWT) whose goal is to make Michigan the No. 1 state for women in technology, serving as both a mentor to other women and a fundraiser for their scholarship program.
